Our intense four day mini-MBA is designed for business women who have already started their own company and are looking for sustainable growth. It's run over a four week period covering strategy, vision, finance and marketing and culminating in the preparation of an investor or client pitch deck including three year forward financials and a valuation of your business.

These are practical sessions that are underpinned by academic theory but use the real life examples of your own finances, brand and sales tactics and examine your personal business trajectory in-depth.

ABOUT BREAKTHROUGH WOMEN

Susie set up Breakthrough Women, a twice yearly event for businesswomen with Deborah Turner in 2016.
They both believed that female role models play an integral part in inspiring other women and raising their visibility in the workplace. The events were not about positive discrimination or demonising men, but to show that real success in business is possible for working women no matter how many responsibilities they’re juggling.
The aim was to encourage more women to have the confidence to strive for business success.  
These events regularly attracted over 70 attendees and were often held in collaboration with the Institute of Directors and Federation of Small Businesses. Susie personally sponsored each event allowing the ticket price to be heavily subsidised for small business owners.

Deborah continues to run these events with superstar business woman, Sue Hainsby. Alongside running her own business, Debroah is also the National Policy Champion for Women at the Federation of Small Businesses.
